Principal Solicitor and Director
Allyson Chomley is the principal solicitor and director at P Law and has been practicing on the Sunshine Coast since 2013. Allyson is passionate about providing her clients with comprehensive, easy to understand, plain English legal advice – all at a competitive fixed fee.
In addition to her legal training Allyson has a Bachelor of Business which assists her in being able to provide her clients with a holistic approach to their matters.
Allyson has a young family and loves everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. In her spare time, she can be found at the beach, wakeboarding, out on the jet ski or sipping coffee at one of the wonderful cafés around the Sunshine Coast.
Daniel Albert is a senior associate with P Law. Daniel has been working in the legal industry since 2017 and joined the P Law team as one of our first employees.
During his career, Daniel has been exposed to multiple areas of law including Criminal, Family, Local Governance, Property and Business. Daniel is a senior member of the Business/ Commercial and Commercial Litigation area of P Law.
Daniel is heavily involved in the business community in the Kawana area and is a committee member of the Kawana Chamber of Commerce.
Daniel and his wife live on the Sunshine Coast and are truly Sunny Coasters at heart. Anytime that is not spent working or networking within the community is often spent exploring the hinterland or enjoying the Sunshine Coast Dining Precincts.
Daniel enjoys working with clients and building long-standing business relationships, he believes the key to a successful transaction is keeping communication lines open and the client always informed.
Fiona was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017. Fiona’s passion is Family Law and the reason for beginning her Legal career. Fiona commenced practicing as a Family Lawyer with P Law Sunshine Coast in 2019.
Fiona has a caring and personable approach to supporting her clients through one of the most challenging times of their lives. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes so her clients can move on with enjoying their lives. Fiona also holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) which assists her with all Family Law matters.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children. She also enjoys spending time with friends, playing netball and travelling.
Geoff is the newest addition to our family law team. Geoff has gained a wealth of experience prior to starting with P Law, and Geoff is focused on understanding the client’s needs and developing strategies to assist them to achieve the desired outcome.
Geoff is experienced in representing clients in the Family Court and at Mediation. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in domestic violence, and child protection matters before the Courts on the Sunshine Coast.
Whilst Geoff is experienced in representing clients in Court, his passion is to help clients resolve their dispute without unnecessary added stress.
Geoff has completed his LLB and Graduate Diploma, and is currently completing a Masters in Applied Law; majoring in Family Law and Family Dispute Resolution.
After working as a legal secretary in Commercial Law for two and half years, Ashlee joined the P Law Sunshine Coast team in July 2020 searching for a new direction in her legal career.
Ashlee is currently halfway through her double degree of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology and Justice at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Ashlee is passionate about working in family law: “My interest in family law stems from my passion to assist the people in our community in their time of need. I believe the best way to assist is by having open, honest and transparent communication with our clients to achieve the best possible outcome.”
Outside of work and her studies, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, training at the gym and supporting many of local cafes to satisfy her love of coffee.
Office Manager & Senior Administrator
Louise is committed to keeping the day-to-day operation of P Law Sunshine Coast running smoothly and creating a positive atmosphere for clients and team members.
Louise is passionate about the Law and with a background in nursing, has always been concerned with helping others.
Louise prides herself on her approachable demeanour and is always happy take the time to assist.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys going to the gym, boating and spending time with her young family.
Maddison has recently joined the team at P Law as a legal assistant, helping out in the area of Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation.
This is Maddison’s first time working in the legal industry and during her time at P Law she has enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work alongside clients.
Maddison is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about building connections and being involved in the community. She currently holds a position on the USC Law Students’ Association and as a Student Ambassador.
Outside of work, Maddison enjoys spending time at the beach with her dog, Indigo, and travelling to many of the hidden gems on the Sunshine Coast.
